You mention God, is this a Christian-focused event?
No. This event is designed for men of all races, creeds, orientations, religions, and beliefs. We are unified by the very simple and common bond of wanting to be better men, have a better life, and be better for those we're responsible for and committed to. When we talk about God, if this makes you uncomfortable, please know the speakers will not force any beliefs on any of the attendees. We are men of all kinds of faith, and the room will be focused on you simply becoming MORE. Not on pushing any spiritual message or agenda.
I'm the wife of a man who wants to attend, but I'm weary about it and don't understand how this can better our marriage or life together?
Amazing question we've received many times. Thank you for voicing it. Over the last 13 years, we've graciously welcomed and accepted the very real doubts and hesitations that the wives and partners of our students have heard. Due to the masculine nature of this event, it can seem intense, threatening, and people have even called this cult-like behavior. First of all, we hear their concerns, and we are here to build up your man, to send him back home as a more present, focused, confident and committed man for his marriage, family, and business. This event is designed to help your husband become more accountable and determined to improve your life in every way possible in devotion and love. Rest assured, you will be glad your husband attended.
What is the event itinerary?
The Man in the Arena Tour kicks off on November 7th with setup and sound check.
Setup runs from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (time subject to slight changes), followed by sound check beginning around 5:30–6:00 PM.
On November 8th, doors open at 7:00 AM for attendees to grab shirts before the main event begins at 9:00 AM.
The day will include a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, with sessions resuming at 2:45 PM and wrapping up around 6:00 PM.
Evening activities (for Kings Council) include dinner from 6:15–8:30 PM and a cocktail hour from 8:00–10:00 PM.
